Turtle Taste is a short android application that I programmed and drew with the intent to educate kids about the eating habits of sea turtles. Depending on which type of sea turtle you play as, you'll have to collect different food according to their diet. My primary purpose for this app was really to draw attention to water pollution in a childish, appealing way. In addition to avoiding, for example, live seafood if you're a herbivore, you must also dodge any oncoming debris. Plastic bags and jellyfish look really similar to sea turtles, which I try to draw attention to with this little game.
